The Great Wall of China

Established in 1993, Muslim Hands is an international NGO working in over forty countries worldwide to help those affected by natural disasters, conflict and poverty with it’s head quarters in Nottingham, UK.

I was Senior Graphic Designer based in the newly created PR office in Whitechapel, London in 2008.

The Muslim Hands Green Ribbon Week is an annual initiative to increase awareness about the plight of innocent children of war and to raise funds to help suffering children all over the world. From helping landmine victims in Afghanistan to providing sports equipment for school children in West Africa, Green Ribbon Week will help better the lives of thousands of children worldwide.

In the Summer of 2008, Muslim Hands organised a 3 day charity walk spanning roughly 50km along the Great Wall of China. I photographed and filmed the event on behalf of Muslim Hands to use the material as future promotional material for more similar activities to come.
