Interactive e-training


‘e2train’ provide affordable learning management and authoring systems that gives specific e-learning content aimed at meeting the required skills set by the retail and contact centre sectors. The training is designed to cover all aspects such as health and safety, ECDL, key skills, security, customer service and even alcohol sales.

To ensure learning meets national requirements, courseware is mapped to LCCI, NVQ as well as the Certificate in Retail Skills.

I developed a complete interactive illustration & menu style to be applied as the front end graphics for e-training learning courses focused at the retail industry. These courses were laid out at three levels aimed at junior sales, mid and senior management personnel in electronic retail outlets such as Currys, Comet and any other business that was selling Sony goods. These courses are managed and organised by Sony and test results will also be shared with Sony on the performance of staff at the retail stores.
